Exceptionally pleased with my whole Stoake experience. Everyone I spoke to and met were incredibly kind and helpful. They discussed every element with me. The installation itself had a slight hiccup due to a cheeky brick but they weren't phased at all & quickly rearranged an alternative date. There was no mess left whatsoever. Thank you!

Lovely new wood burning stove

We're really happy with our Charnwood C4 stove installation. The price probably wasn't the cheapest but Stoake were very knowledgeable and seemed to care that the installation went well, and the fitters were very pleasant and clean and tidy! Stoake were able to fit us in fairly quickly which has meant that we've been able to make use of the stove during the current cold snap rather than have to wait until the winter!

A job well done!

We were recently renovating our house and wanted a wood burning stove. The quote we received was in-depth and they gave us plenty of advise as to which wood burner would suit us best. The job itself was quicker than I thought it would be and the finish was immaculate. Highly recommended!
