We are Party Wall Surveyors based in Romford and Southend in Essex. Which covers Essex and East London.
We are happy to provide you with advice on any Party Wall matters in connection with your project or your neighbours project.

We also act as Party Wall Surveyors for adjoining owners, providing advice where a neighbour has served a notice of their intention to undertake works to the party wall or carry out excavation works.

Our main surveyor is Darren Eva MRICS who is a chartered Surveyor with 10 years experience and Paul Wiiliamson MFPWS who is a member of the Faculty of Party Wall Surveyors also new on the team is Terry Norman MFPWS heading up the Southend office.
Unlike other Surveyors we can be contacted evenings and weekends as we realise it can be difficult for clients to contact us during normal working hours, but still need to move there project forward.
Customer is based in Southend.
